2024中日韩区域合作与发展论坛暨第二十一届东北亚经济与管理合作论坛征稿启事（第二轮）
2024年正值中日韩三国合作机制建立25周年。由北京外国语大学主办，北京外国语大学国际商学院承办的“2024中日韩区域合作与发展论坛暨第二十一届东北亚经济与管理合作论坛”，将于2024年5月30-6月1日在北京举行。该论坛旨在巩固和发展中日韩三国合作成果，推动三国学术和人文交流，促进东北亚地区的经济一体化，为各界人士提供一个集中讨论与对话的平台。今年，论坛将首次设置“中日韩产业对话”和“中日韩青年对话”环节，邀请中日韩三国高校、业界以及青年代表，就“中日韩三国合作的未来”展开对话。
“2024中日韩区域合作与发展论坛”将围绕“基于共同文化、科技创新和全球市场的中日韩经济合作”进行研讨，论坛拟定于2024年5月30-6月1日在北京召开（具体地点以正式会议通知为准），本届论坛由北京外国语大学主办，《中国日报》社联合主办，北京外国语大学国际商学院承办，北京外国语大学亚洲学院、教育部国别和区域研究基地北京外国语大学日本研究中心、北京外国语大学二十国集团研究中心、中国管理科学学会商务与决策管理专业委员会协办。本次会议继续得到了中日韩三国合作秘书处的大力支持。SAGE OPEN（SSCI检索）/《国际论坛》（CSSCI）/《区域国别学刊》作为论坛的合作期刊。现向海内外学者公开征文。
本次论坛的主题具体包括以下内容：
中日韩共同应对：全球第三方市场开拓合作
中日韩共同应对：低出生率与银发经济
中日韩共同应对：气候变暖与可持续发展
中日韩共同应对：教育交流与青年友好
中日韩经贸合作与RCEP区域产业链重构
科技革命背景下的中日韩经济一体化
除以上选题外，学者也可自拟相关选题。
征文要求如下。
1.提交的论文必须是原创的未发表作品，中英文皆可，学术规范，引用准确，注重知识产权。
2.征文截止日期：2024年5月12日（提交论文全文）
3.论文格式：格式要求请参照SAGE OPEN（SSCI），《国际论坛》（CSSCI），《区域国别学刊》的稿件体例。为便于匿名审稿和联系，作者信息（姓名、工作单位、通讯地址、联系电话、电子邮箱等）请在正文前单独附页。
4.会议将进行优秀论文评审，并颁发优秀论文证书。

2024 International Forum on Regional Cooperation and Development of China, Japan and Korea & The 21th Northeast Asia Management and Economics Joint Conference
The year 2024 coincides with the 25th anniversary of the establishment of China-Japan-Korea trilateral cooperation mechanism. Hosted by Beijing Foreign Studies University (BFSU) and organized by the International Business School of BFSU, the 2024 International Forum on Regional Cooperation and Development of China, Japan and Korea & The 21th Northeast Asia Management and Economics Joint Conference is scheduled to be held in Beijing during 30st of May 2024 and 1st of June 2024. The purpose of the forum is to solidify and develop the academic achievements of China, Japan and Korea; to promote trilateral academic and humanistic exchanges, to promote the economic integration of Northeast Asia, and to create a platform for people from all sectors to enter into intensive discussion and dialogue. This year, for the first time, the forum will set up “China-Japan-Korea Industry Dialogue” and “China-Japan-Korea Youth Dialogue”, inviting representatives from universities, industries and youths of China, Japan and South Korea to open a dialogue focused on “the future of cooperation among China, Japan and South Korea”.
Discussions during the “2024 International Forum on Regional Cooperation and Development of China, Japan and Korea” shall proceed and revolve around “Trilateral economic cooperation among China, Japan, and South Korea based on shared culture, technological innovation, and the global market”. The forum is tentatively scheduled to be held in Beijing during 30st of May 2024 and 1st of June 2024 (the specific venue shall be announced on official notices).
The forum will be hosted by Beijing Foreign Studies University (BFSU), co-hosted by China Daily, held and organized by the International Business School (IBS) of BFSU. Co-organizers include the BFSU School of Asian Studies, BFSU Japanese Studies Center, BFSU G20 Center, Business and Decision Management Committee of the Chinese Management Science Society. This conference continues to gain strong support from the Trilateral Cooperation Secretariat. Cooperative journals are SAGE OPEN (SSCI), International Forum (CSSCI), and Country and Area Studies. We now invite scholars local and abroad to submit papers to the forum.
The topics of the forum include the following：
•China-Japan-ROK response to: Exploring cooperation in third-party markets around the world
•China-Japan-ROK response to: Low birth rate and silver economy
•China-Japan-ROK response to: Climate warming and sustainable development
•China-Japan-ROK response to: Educational exchanges and youth friendship
•China-Japan-ROK economic and trade cooperation and RCEP regional industrial chain restructuring
•China-Japan-ROK economic integration under the background of scientific and technological revolution
In addition to the above, scholars are also encouraged to focus on other related topics.
Submission requirements:
1. The submitted paper must be original unpublished work, in Chinese
or English. Strict academic standards shall be applied, citations and quotations shall be accurate, and there shall be no infringement on copyrights.
2. Submission deadline: May 12, 2024 (Full paper submission)
3. Paper format: Please refer to SAGE Open (SSCI), International Forum (CSSCI) or, Country and Area Studies for format requirements. For the convenience of the anonymous review process, the author's information (name, affiliation, address, contact number and email) shall be presented on a separate page before the main text.
4. The conference shall select outstanding papers and award certificates of excellence.
